Crabbe Construction, LLC is based out of Clarksville, TN and specializes in Custom Residential and Commercial Construction. Crabbe Construction, LLC is managed by two partners, John Crabbe & Grayson Gwaltney, with a combined 24 year of experience in Residential & Commercial Construction and Engineering Design. Adding to this experience, both partners and their spouses hold 4 year college degrees in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Real Estate Marketing and Elementary Education.
John and Grayson demand quality craftsmanship and excellence in every home they build in a constant effort to achieve perfection. Company Principals
John Crabbe was raised in Bowling Green, KY. He attended Austin Peay State University where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology Degree. In addition to building quality custom homes, John’s career has consisted of management and oversight of commercial restaurants, large recreation facilities and multi-million dollar multi-family developments. John holds a Combined Residential, Commercial, Industrial Contractor’s License, as well as, an Electrical License. He is TDEC certified in stormwater and environmental measures.
Grayson Gwaltney Grayson Gwaltney was born in Georgia and raised in South Florida. He attended Vanderbilt University where he obtained his Bachelors of Engineering in Civil Engineering Degree. In addition to building quality custom homes, Grayson’s career has consisted of Engineering design, management and oversight of commercial restaurants, residential home developments and multi-million dollar multi-family developments. Grayson holds a combined Residential, Commercial, Industrial Contractor’s License, as well as, Professional Engineering. He is also TDEC certified in stormwater and environmental measures.
